Factors of Human Relation Theory
There are four factors or elements-
Motivation: The motivation values are recognition, encouragement and rewards of individual contribution.
Style of Supervision: Workers want freedom. They do not want strict supervision. Therefore, managers should avoid strict supervision and control over the workers.
Individual Difference: Individual differences are the variations from one person to another on variables such as self-esteem, rate of cognitive development or degree of agreeableness.
Group dynamic: Interaction of complex intra- and inter-personal forces operating in a group which determine its character, development, and long-term survival.
